SUMMARY:Lovingkindness Meditation with Barbara Anderson - 4-part series
DESCRIPTION:Sharon Salzberg\, founder of the Insight Meditation Society in Barre\, MA\,  says that lovingkindness meditation allows us “to connect\, to open\, to love no matter what is happening.” Barbara Anderson has studied and practiced meditation for more than 30 years\, including a number of retreats with Salzberg.  Beginning in mid-April\, for four Tuesdays Anderson will lead a four-part exploration of the lovingkindness meditation approach. Each session which will include 3 short meditation periods in each session. Come warm and open your heart. Class size will be limited.\n\nLeader: Retired historian and former RCWMS Board Member Barbara Anderson has  found much healing from the teachings of Sharon Salzberg. She has taught lovingkindness meditation to small groups for more than a decade.\n\n\nCost: Dana (payment based on what you choose to give)\n\n\nRegistrants will receive a Zoom link prior to the event.
