Morrison outlines the actions white people must undertake to become trustworthy partners in the work of racial justice.  \nMelanie is an author\, speaker\, and racial justice educator with thirty years of experience designing and facilitating transformational group processes. She is the author of five books\, including Murder on Shades Mountain: The Legal Lynching of Willie Peterson and the Struggle for Justice in Jim Crow Birmingham.
