Creating Mindful Intentions with Jen Johnson (via Zoom)

Please join us for an inspiring afternoon that will support you in creatively dreaming your most heartfelt intentions into reality. We will explore your deepest longings using guided meditation and journaling. Then we’ll make a collage from whatever emerges to help you to remain mindful of what matters most to you. Make 2023 your year of expanding in ways that nurture a greater sense of happiness and inner peace. No experience with meditation, journaling, or collage making is required.

Supplies to bring:

  • A journal or paper
  • Pen
  • Poster board or any size blank piece of paper or construction paper – I love the 22 x 28 poster boards, but some people like 8.5 x 11, so any type and size paper will do
  • 5 magazines that you love but don’t mind cutting up. Choose magazines that inspire you or make you feel good when you see the images and text
  • Scissors
  • Glue stick
