Heart centered mindfulness practices can help us to soften the body, open the heart and reconnect with a sense of peace and ease. Heart centered practices have also been shown to increase positive emotions such as love, joy, gratitude, contentment, hope, and awe. Jen will guide you in a heart centered practice and a journaling reflection about your experience to help you imagine how you might integrate this practice into your life.
