Keep on Keeping Track: Writing with Carol Henderson – 4 Mondays

In this second series of live online writing workshops taking place May 4, 11, 18, and 25 (11:00 am-12:30 pm) Carol will create a safe space and time to explore our fast-changing world, and the rush of feelings that are constantly rising within us. Through carefully selected prompts and exercises, she will invite us to reflect, pay attention, consider patterns in life that are being disrupted, find hidden gifts, and help us get in touch with what is essential. She will work with several aspects of craft and will encourage us to keep a daily written account, even if only a list, a moment, a paragraph. Each session she will provide fresh material.
