Weaving feminism & spirituality into a vision of justice for the world
The stories we tell determine how we heal. Writing about our experience can help us to make order from what feels like inner chaos and shape our stories into a cohesive and healing narrative. Writing about difficult times allows us to bear witness to our experience in a balanced way, without avoiding the feelings and without amplifying them. When we make time for deep listening to the stories inside that want to be told, we open the door to restoring a sense of wholeness for ourselves and others. Leader Jen Johnson’s classes have been grounding and inspirational for participants throughout the pandemic. Please join her for a session of deep inner listening and writing.
