This webinar offers mindfulness and neuroscience-based strategies to support you in sustaining emotional resilience during difficult times. We will explore the science behind how the human mind and body respond during a crisis. You will learn practices to help you spend more time in your resilient zone, stay grounded in the present moment, and cultivate a more calm body, open heart, and steady mind to get you through this time of uncertainty.
Leader: Jen Johnson, is a mindfulness teacher, coach and therapist teaching mindfulness for mind body healing and resilience. She is a member of the New Hanover County Resiliency Task Force and has been working in the field of trauma throughout her career and is trained to teach resiliency skills following natural disasters.
