Weaving feminism & spirituality into a vision of justice for the world
In this 5-week online class from April 14 to May 12, using prompts, both fiction and nonfiction, we will explore what it means to share our story and how the smallest details can make the most compelling essays and memoirs if told well. We will also explore how the personal can become universal.
The leader, Allison Kirkland, earned her MFA in creative nonfiction from The New School in New York City. She offers writing coaching services and teaches workshops all over the Triangle. You can learn more about Allison here.
Classes will take place on April 14, 21, 28, May 5, and 12. Registrants will receive a Zoom link prior to the workshop.
