Retreat Leaders:
Maria Kingery has been leading retreats for impact-driven entrepreneurs for more than a decade. Through 360Impact, she helps changemakers build the resilience needed to create lasting impact in an uncertain world using her “Lead with Love” framework. In 2001, she co-founded one of the Southeast’s first clean energy companies, scaling it to a thriving B Corp before selling the company to seven long-time team members in a values-driven succession that centered their shared mission over maximum profit.
Bonny Moellenbrock, a certified spiritual director, helps clients integrate their deepest values into their lives, initiatives, and business strategies, supporting the shift toward a life-affirming, regenerative economy. Bonny spent over two decades directing capital toward social and environmental impact through her work with nonprofits, social enterprises, and impact investors. She led Investors Circle for seven years, guiding a network that has channeled over $275 million into more than 350 enterprises creating positive change.
