Week of April 13:
Lovingkindness Meditation (via Zoom)
Beginning in mid-April, for four Tuesdays, Barbara Anderson will lead an exploration of the lovingkindness meditation approach. Each session which will include 3 short meditation periods.
Your Life is More Interesting than You Think: A Memoir Workshop with Allison Kirkland (via Zoom)
In this 5-week online class from April 14 to May 12, using prompts, both fiction and nonfiction, we will explore what it means to share our story.
Angels and Animals: Creatures of All Kinds with Bryant Holsenbeck (via Zoom)
For three Wednesdays in April, beginning on the 15th, we will come together to make art out of the STUFF of our everyday lives.
